The wood material in TimberTech also has high sound reduction properties, deadening loud noises and making the room quieter as a result. The boards offer a exceptional thermal insulation also, making it perfect for use on very cold concrete sub-floors, such as cellars & basements.

Thanks to it’s lightweight yet durable materials, TimberTech is easier to lift when installing when compared to many other underlay products. The silver vapour barrier gives superior protection against moisture rising up from the sub-floor keeping your floor dry.
